Ethan Curtis ’20 at 2019-20 Key Club Induction Ceremony

Dover-Foxcroft – Congratulations to Foxcroft Academy senior Key Club member, Ethan Curtis.  With over fifty Key Clubs serving in the New England District, Curtis was just named “Outstanding Officer” for the entire district for the 2019-20 school year.  This is a first for any officer of the Foxcroft Academy Key Club.

Ethan has been a Key Club member all four years at Foxcroft Academy and an officer on the board, serving as treasurer, for the past three years. Throughout his tenure, the club has seen Ethan grow in service leadership, attending and organizing events, and being seen as a face of the highly visible club.

He is looked up to by the general membership of the club and is always able to get people to volunteer for the many events they are involved with. Ethan enjoys helping out with all the projects but some of his favorites are helping with local swim meets, raking lawns for community members, working with Pine Tree Hospice events, and working with the local Kiwanis’ Children’s Christmas project, but mostly he just enjoys volunteering his time in the community in general.

Ethan is also an involved student outside of the Key Club. He has shown service leadership, responsibility, and caring for others throughout Foxcroft Academy and community.  Congratulations on receiving this honor, Ethan!  You have set the bar high for Key Club leadership to follow!
