Information technology infrastructure at Foxcroft Academy supports innovation in teaching and learning. WiFi is available throughout all academic buildings and dormitories, and multiple access points provide seamless integration as students move across the campus. The WiFi network supports wireless speeds up to 195 Mbps and is supported by a 200 Mbps upstream fiber connection. The network is cloud managed and continually updated to address the changing needs of technology in the classroom.
Since the introduction of 1-to-1 iPads, the IT team has built an infrastructure designed to support an increased use of apps, a migration from paper textbooks to electronic iBooks, and improvements in the distribution of content to students.
