There are a variety of ways to support Foxcroft Academy: outright gifts; pledges; endowed giving; gifts in kind; matching gifts, and planned giving options, including bequests, trusts, charitable gifts, and real estate gifts. Gifts and pledges may support current programs, establish or continue to support a named endowment, or provide capital improvements. Please explore the various options below.
Anyone can make an outright gift to Foxcroft Academy. Outright gifts include cash, securities, real estate, or personal property. These gifts are tax deductible and provide immediate support to Academy and its programs. Learn more about Outright Gifts.
You may make a commitment to Foxcroft Academy payable over a period of three to five years. A pledge demonstrates your intention to make a gift to the Academy and may allow you to give more generously over a period of time than would be possible through a single contribution.
Endowed Giving Opportunities
Endowed gifts are an enduring tribute to the beliefs and values of the donor. Because they may be given for a specific program and named for an honoree of the donor’s choosing, they create a lasting, highly-visible link between the individual for whom the endowment is named and the ongoing achievements of the program. Gifts in Kind
Each year the Academy receives many wonderful gifts in kind, including musical instruments, computers, industrial technology equipment, and more. The fair market value of such items is deductible for income tax purposes. A formal appraisal is required by the IRS for gifts valued at more than $5,000.
Many companies have matching gift programs that match the charitable donation given by an individual. To utilize this benefit, send a matching gift form (which can be obtained in the personnel office of participating companies) along with your gift to the Academy.
